View my subscription and renewal date
You're in control of your subscription and it's easy to manage it via your profile.
To get to it, click on your Profile Page link in the main menu (this will just be a head and shoulders image if you’ve not uploaded a Profile Picture) and click on the ‘ Account Settings’ link from the drop-down menu that appears:

You'll be taken to your Account page. From the side-menu, select 'My Subscriptions'.

Here you will be able to see your current subscription, your automatic renewal date, and any discounts you're due to receive next time.
You can also cancel your subscription there or switch to a different subscription length (either Monthly, 6-Monthly or Annual). Please note that any discounts won't automatically carry over if you switch - so in that case it's best to email our team at info@naturestudio.com).
If you're a new member and have chosen to cancel your membership and would like a refund under our 14-day refund promise: you will also need to email us at info@naturestudio.com to request your refund. The reason you'll also need to email is because some members cancel because they don't want their membership to renew, but they do still want to keep the time they've paid for. Therefore, refunds don't happen automatically.
If your subscription has just renewed and you weren't expecting it to: we do send reminder emails a few days beforehand, so they may have gone into your junk folder. Don't worry if this has happened - just send us an email to info@naturestudio.com to let us know ASAP, and we'll sort it out for you. 💖
