Update my payment method or change card details

Click on your Profile Page link in the main menu (this will just be a head and shoulders image if you’ve not uploaded a Profile Picture) and click on the ‘Account Settings’ link from the drop-down menu that appears:

Then on the left hand side you'll see a menu. Select " Payment Methods". 

Here you'll be able to change and update your card details. 

Please note that once your payment has failed and your account is on hold, you will not be able to update your card details. You'll need to contact our support team (info@annamasonart.com) so that we can cancel your account and you can re-join the Nature Studio. Changes to payment methods must be completed before the renewal process begins.
