Reset my password

If you're trying to log in and need to reset your password:

This is for current or former paying members who have lost their passwords. If you've never been a paying member before, read this...

On the Log in page, there's a Lost Password link beneath the button. Click this and follow the prompts:

The email should come through quickly but can take up to 12 hours. Please check your junk folder too. If the email hasn't come through after 12 hours, drop us an email at info@naturestudio.com and we can reset your password for you.

I've you're already logged in and want to reset your password:

Click on your Profile Page link in the main menu (this will just be a head and shoulders image if you’ve not uploaded a Profile Picture) and click on ‘Account Settings’ in the drop-down menu that appears:

You'll be taken to an 'Account Details' page. From here, click "Login info":

On this page you can change your name and password. Remember to click the " Save Changes" button once you've finished making your amendments.
