Problems logging in

To access Nature Studio, you will need your username and password that you will have created yourself when joining and making payment. 

Note: If you've never been a paying member before, you won't have an account registered in your name. If the website tells you otherwise, there may be a harmless 'cookie' in your browser which is getting confused. Just try again using a Private or Incognito browser winder and that should do the trick.

To log in you need to visit Members.naturestudio.com/learn/ or find the link from NatureStudio.com by clicking on the text link at the very top right of the screen which says, “Member? Login here” and then enter your details as prompted. 

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it on the same page where you enter your login details. 

If you have not received the password reset email after 12 hours, please check your spam / junk folder to check that it has not been filtered out by your email software. Please see the page on resetting your password for more information on how to do this.

Finally, if you are sure that you are using the correct login details, it may be worth clearing your browser's cache in case your device is struggling with filtering out old information if there have been updates to the site since your last visit. It's very easy to do and only takes a couple of clicks. You can find out more about how to do that here.
