Problems logging in

To access the Nature Studio, you will need your username and password that you will have created yourself when joining and making payment. 

To login you just need to visit  AnnaMasonArt.com and then click on the text link at the very top right of the screen which says, “Nature Studio member? Login here” and then enter your details as prompted. 

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the same page where you enter your login details. If you have not received the password reset email after 12 hours, please check your spam / junk folder to check that it has not been filtered out by your email software. Please see the page on resetting your password for more information on how to do this.

Finally, if you are sure that you are using the correct login details, it may be worth clearing your cache as your device or PC could be struggling with filtering out old information if there have been updates to the site etc. You can find out more about how to do that here.
