Profile Page - Wall tab
Your Profile Page can be found by clicking your Profile Page image in the main menu (this will just be a head and shoulders image if you’ve not uploaded a Profile Picture):
There’s A LOT you can do from your Profile Page, so its content is arranged into different tabs, and each tab can also be accessed directly via the drop-down menu that appears under your Profile Page image in the main menu when you hover over it.
The Wall Tab
The Wall tab allows you to use the site in a similar way to Facebook.
The features are:
- My Activity - This is like the Facebook Timeline and is a list of all your activity on the site. It also includes the ability for you to post a status update. Please note, if you update your status here, it won’t be seen on the homepage or elsewhere on the site. Only members visiting the Wall tab of your Profile Page OR Members who are following you and check their ‘Newsfeed’ will see your status.
- News Feed - shows all of the activity of those members who you’ve followed (see how to follow other members here)
- Followers - Shows a list of all the members who follow you
- Following - Shows a list of all the members you follow
- My Likes - Shows a list of all the likes you’ve made throughout the site
- My Mentions - Shows a list of all the times you’ve been @mentioned by other members (for more on this, see this article)
