Crediting properly when displaying a tutorial painting

The paintings you produce via reproducing Nature Studio's video tutorials or Practice Pics are considered legally to be ‘Derivative Works’ and as such the copyright remains with Anna Mason and any other photographer whose work has been used for these.

When members display the paintings completed via Anna's tutorials or Practice Pics either online, or in an exhibition etc,  they should use the following wording to acknowledge Anna Mason’s Nature Studio:

  1. For a painting done via an Anna Mason video tutorial: ‘Painting produced using an online video tutorial at Anna Mason’s Nature Studio’
  2. For a painting done via a Practice Pic or other photo supplied by Anna or the Nature Studio: ‘Painting produced using a photograph provided by Anna Mason’s Nature Studio’

When displaying paintings produced via guest tutor Jennifer Rose's tutorials, either online or in an exhibition, the following wording should be used to acknowledge the artist and the Nature Studio:

' Painting produced using a Jennifer Rose online video tutorial at Anna Mason's Nature Studio'.
