Refunds for new members:
We want our members to be happy, which is why we offer a 14-day money back promise for new members, so you can have a chance to look around and try out membership.
If within 14 days of joining you decide not to keep your Nature Studio membership, just email us at info@naturestudio.com and we'll cancel your membership and give you a full refund.
Our Terms of Purchase say:
"If the Member is not entirely happy with what’s on offer in Anna Mason’s Nature Studio website and would like a refund, they are to let Anna Mason Art Ltd. know within 14 days of their purchase and they will be refunded. Refunds after 14 days are at the discretion of Anna Mason Art Ltd."

Refunds after renewals:
When signing up to Nature Studio you agree to our Terms of Purchase which, like most membership sites, includes automatic renewal of your subscription unless you cancel it. It works in just the same way as Netflix, a gym membership etc.
You can cancel your membership anytime from within your account section of the Nature Studio website. If you want to cancel your membership, please do it (at the very least) a couple of days before your next payment is due to go through to ensure the payment is not requested from your card again.
If your subscription has just renewed and you weren't expecting it to, you'll need to contact us. we do send reminder emails a few days beforehand, so they may have gone into your junk folder. Don't worry if this has happened - just send us an email to info@naturestudio.com to let us know ASAP, and we'll sort it out for you.
Cancelling your subscription via the website after the renewal has gone through isn't guaranteed to flag to us that this is an unwanted renewal - this is because some members choose to set their subscription not to renew by cancelling it, but still want to keep the membership they've paid for. We do read the comments on cancellation forms, but sending an email is the quickest way to notify us.
