5. Begin with a solid foundation

The Realistic Watercolour 101 course has been carefully designed to give you a comprehensive induction to Anna's 4-step painting method, the principles that underpin it and the techniques you'll take forward into other tutorials, which build on what you'll cover in this course.

So if you want to lay down a solid foundation for your learning here, we recommend working through this course. 

You can go at your own pace and take the classes as many times as you like.

Tip: the majority of the courses in the Course Library have an overview video that gives information on what you'll learn. Most of the tutorials in Nature Studio also have a brief overview video in Part 1. So as you explore the classes and courses you plan to take, watch the intro videos as they'll help you to prepare.
