Getting started: Part 2
It's great to see that you're keen to get stuck in!
3. The next step is to watch some videos 📺
To set you on the path to success, we recommend all new members complete the course ' Realistic Watercolour 101'.
This course gives a comprehensive induction to Anna's 4-step painting method and the concepts that underpin realistic watercolour. It’s a springboard to the other tutorials and courses, which build on what you’ll learn in this course.
In it, Anna guides you through getting the equipment you’ll need, how to set up your workspace, and how to create your outline drawings so you can get down to painting.
The course starts with a few short videos that'll help you to get ready to start. It'll take around 15 minutes to watch them all. Come and get started...
4. Then it's time to gather your supplies
After watching the videos, you’ll know what supplies you need to gather and why.
(You can also see the list of recommended supplies here and find some tips from other members on how to build your supplies on a budget here).
And then?
It'll be time to start the first painting in the 101 course. Find out more here...
