Reactivate my subscription

Reactivating before your subscription expires:

When you cancel your Nature Studio subscription, the status will be set to Pending Cancellation until the subscription expires. You can continue accessing Nature Studio until that time.

If you change your mind before your subscription expires, and decide you want to keep your membership going, you can reactivate it by clicking on the 'Reactivate' button from the Subscriptions part of your Account page.

Reactivating your subscription before it expires will enable your subscription to continue uninterrupted and keep any discounts you may have.

Resubscribing to Nature Studio after your subscription has expired:

If your subscription has already expired and you would like to return to Nature Studio, you can begin a new subscription by following the below steps:

1. Sign in to Nature Studio
2. Visit your 'Account' page
3. Click on 'Subscriptions'
4. Click 'View' beside the subscription you'd like to resubscribe to
5. Click the 'Resubscribe' button. You'll then be taken to the sign up page where your information will have been remembered because you've already logged in. 
6. Follow the instructions on the sign up form.
