Community Values

We ask all members of the Nature Studio to practice kindness, support and respect in all their communications, with other members and with the support team.

This includes when participating in the Nature Studio Discussion Rooms (or Forums), uploading and commenting on uploads, exchanging private messages with other members and when communicating with the support team.

It takes real courage to open yourself up to share your artwork and your experiences along that journey. That’s why it’s essential that our online learning environment feels like a safe and supported space where people feel able to share and to be treated with kindness, support and respect. 

To maintain this safe environment, we have to take it really seriously when our community values are not upheld and that’s why we have a Community Values Policy.

Two-strike policy

Strike 1: Where a member is deemed not to have upheld our community values, we will remove the offending content and the member will receive a written warning, explaining that we’ve removed the content and explaining why.

They will be asked not to repeat this behaviour and warned that if they do, they will be removed from the Nature Studio. There is no time limit on this warning.

Strike 2: If the member repeat-offends, whether in public on the Nature Studio site or in private messages, to other members or to the support team, they will be removed from the Nature Studio without notice.

Really bad behaviour

In the event of conduct that is malicious, libellous, false, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable and offensive, we reserve the right to remove a member from the Nature Studio without warning.

Reporting breaches of this policy

We do not, and cannot, pre-screen or monitor all content posted by members.

Therefore, members are invited to help us to maintain and regulate a friendly and safe online environment. Should you become aware of improper conduct, we you to notify us at info@naturestudio.com as soon as possible and our team will review the content in line with this policy.
