Professional paints vs student paints

Professional or Artist grade watercolour paints contain far more pigment than Student grade paints and therefore they're much better for layering up. 

Student paints often contain cheaper 'filler' ingredients which make them appear more opaque.

When you use Professional watercolours, you'll really see the difference in your results.
